Fee Schedule

Fees for services is as follows

Psychotherapy Initial Evaluation

$150 per hour

For individuals, families, and couples

Psychotherapy Session - 45 mins

$100 per hour

For individuals, families, and couples

Psychotherapy Session - 60 mins

$125 per hour

For individuals, families, and couples

mediation *

$150 per hour

Deposit of $1,000 needed to secure services.

Parenting coordination *

$150 per hour

Deposit of $1,000 needed to secure services.

Preparation of formal written reports

$150 per hour

For distribution to family court or to other professionals.

Court standby

$200 per hour

Charged per appointment hour cancelled. Also includes travel.

Telephone conversations

Per case basis

No charge is assessed for short phone conversations. However, if telephone calls become extensive in frequency or length of time, you will be informed when billing begins. A rate of $100/hr. (psychotherapy role) or $150/hr (mediation/PC role) will be applied in ten-minute segments.

Formal telephone consultations with the Court

$150 per hour

Will be charged at a rate of $150.00 per hour. Minimum fee of $35.00 for a phone consultation of fifteen minutes or less.

* Costs for Mediation or Parenting Coordination is expected to be split 50/50 between the parties. If the Court has ordered a different split, I ask that the parties work this out between themselves to avoid burdening my office staff with keeping up with different ratios.

* Any additional money leftover in a client’s account will be credited towards future services or returned at the end of the year.
